9/17/10 reading responce

The book I am reading is Storm Thief by Chris Wooding. The author of my book does not put that much importance into how the characters dress because he only tells about one piece of clothing that they are wearing, for example, he states that Moa only has green pants but he never talks about what else she is wearing. In the story a guy named Finch is after Rail and Moa and Finch notes that Moa and Rail are buying something and his discription of her was her green pants and that is all. The author only says that Rail is wearing a respirator because he woke up one day and could not breath. Also in the book the author says But the author never says what anybody else is wearing what color it is. So in other words the author is saying that it does not realy matter what the people are wearing unless it has meaning to the story.
